Removed my plates before I came back with my next plate. I think $28.88 was pretty inexpensive considering you get all you can eat prime rib, crab legs, shrimp, salmon. It is a bargain. The servers were friendly and efficient. I pay good money when I dine out and expect food that tastes good and I left this Buffet happy. Pizza, gravy were too salty, some of the catfish pieces the meat was too dark/skin threaded through. There were a few things on the Buffet I didn't care for but that stands to reason. The food presentation at the buffet was well done. Where I was seated I did not feel the pressure of 50 people outside waiting to eat. And this place keeps up the pace with 4 huge bins filled with hot crab legs. Go back and get more as many times as you need to. One thing I learned about all you can eat crab, don't take large amounts at once because it gets miserably cold. They had fried chicken, baked chicken, BBQ, salmon, Prime Rib, different kinds of fish cooked several different ways, Mussels, huge bowls of shrimps, potatoes cooked 7 different kinds of ways, pasta station, pizza, and many more entrees. The crab flowed abundantly and all the food was fresh. When I left at 7 PM, the line was very long and those 50+ folks had a long wait ahead of them. Fortunately I arrived early, 5 PM, so I was seated right away. The Friday night Crab and Prime Rib Buffet at the Ameristar was excellent.
