Complete daily opening and closing duties as directed, including cleaning, trash removal, food prep, and restocking.Must arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to work for each shift.
BASIC FUNCTIONS: The Restaurant Steward’s primary responsibilities are to check and receive shipments, complete daily opening and closing tasks, operate and maintain dishwasher area, and maintain cleanliness throughout Boathouse Asian Noodles and Cafe 88 located in the Graton Resort and Casino.
